assigning credits

I'm taking a moment to stop everything and go below each layout to add the credits.  The credits are as per the scrap kit 's TOU and are as complete as I can remember.  If I used a template, I'll try to credit those as well, though most of the templates I've gotten as free in various forum challenges.
