This is a self-paced, online course.  Help is usually nearly instantaneous .. and very helpful. 

I myself was a medical transcriptionist for years, and am now studying coding.  I find this to be a very thorough, easy to follow course, and with all the hard work this involves (working full time, family, church, AND studying), I'm hoping to be finished and certified by early summer.
